Finance & Accounts Executive
Techpase Profit Solutions is hiring a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting, payment tracking, payroll support, GST coordination, and internal finance records.
We are looking for someone with basic accounting experience, good accuracy, and a willingness to learn modern cloud accounting tools like Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries in Zoho Books.
- Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payments.
- Track pending payments, client renewals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain expense records with proper supporting documents.
- Support bank reconciliation and account matching.
- Coordinate with the external accountant for GST, tax, and compliance-related work.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee payment records.
- Prepare basic reports for receivables, payables, expenses, and collections.
- Maintain proper financial records for internal review.
- Learn and support Zoho Books-related client work after training.
- Support accounting setup, data entry, and basic client accounting activities when required.
Required Qualification & Experience
- B.Com or M.Com preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Zoho Books knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates without Zoho Books experience can apply if they are willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic communication skills.
- Malayalam and basic English preferred.

- Probation Period: 3 months
