Position
Video Editor (Full-Time)
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience, and portfolio.)
What You'll Do
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form videos, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention, conversion-focused content.
- Create compelling visual stories through pacing, transitions, music and motion.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading.
- Synchronize audio and enhance overall sound quality.
- Design or collaborate on engaging video thumbnails.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful content.
Required Skills
- Video Editing Software- Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Motion graphics software - Adobe After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of AI-powered editing workflows (Runway, Kling, Flow or similar tools)
- ComfyUI workflow.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and audience psychology.
- Basic graphic design.

- Has an eye for details and storytelling.
