Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Build and execute ethical link-building campaigns.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- SEO certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with eCommerce SEO and local SEO.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
