About Us
Lolipop Uniform is a manufacturer and supplier of school uniforms, sportswear, and related products. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and coordinate orders from enquiry to payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, educational institutions, and potential clients to generate new business.
- Bring in orders for school uniforms, sports uniforms, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and negotiations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order details, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Track payments and ensure timely confirmation and collection.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order entries using Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Coordinate with the production and office team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and field visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and email.
- Basic understanding of accounts and payment entries.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and school visits.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the school uniform, garment, textile, sportswear, or educational products industry will be an added advantage.
