ABOUT THE COMPANY
Redfox Cybersecurity is a global cybersecurity consulting firm with offices in Mumbai, Toronto, London, and the United States. Alongside our cybersecurity services business, we operate Redfox Cybersecurity Academy, one of India's growing practical cybersecurity training platforms.
This role will also support the marketing and communication activities of Foxtale Media, Fox Talkx Studio, and various external client accounts across different industries.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage multiple brands, coordinate with clients, execute digital marketing activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a multi-functional digital marketing role that combines social media management, client coordination, SEO execution, lead follow-ups, AI-assisted content creation, and operational support.
You will be responsible for managing both internal and client social media accounts, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring content calendars are executed as planned, and supporting various marketing and business operations activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts for Redfox Cybersecurity, Redfox Cybersecurity Academy, Foxtale Media, Fox Talkx Studio, and external client accounts
- Coordinate with clients to gather content requirements, approvals, feedback, and campaign updates
- Ensure social media calendars are executed accurately and within deadlines
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across various social media platforms
- Track engagement, performance metrics, and provide regular updates
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Client Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate project timelines, content approvals, and deliverables
- Maintain regular communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion of tasks and campaigns
Lead Follow-Ups
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective leads and inquiries
- Manage email and WhatsApp communication with leads and prospects
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and responses
- Assist in nurturing leads through the sales funnel
SEO Activities
- Execute on-page SEO activities including content optimization, metadata updates, keyword implementation, and website content improvements
- Perform off-page SEO activities including backlink outreach and link-building initiatives
- Handle directory submissions, business listings, citations, and other SEO-related tasks
- Monitor keyword rankings and SEO performance
AI Tools & Content Assistance
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms on a daily basis
- Create effective prompts to generate content ideas, captions, marketing copy, and research insights
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and campaign execution
Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks
- Support business operations through documentation reviews and verification activities
- Assist with tender documentation verification and checklist reviews
- Coordinate internal projects and ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines
- Handle additional operational and marketing-related responsibilities as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content management
- Experience coordinating with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and directory submissions
- Comfortable conducting phone calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication with leads and clients
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Strong prompt-writing skills and the ability to use AI effectively in day-to-day work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple brands simultaneously
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
