- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software components and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow modules to meet specific organizational needs.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow CMDB with other IT service management tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation techniques to enhance ServiceNow workflows and processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
