Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative Visual Designer to join our team at Qodequay Technologies. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles and a keen eye for detail. This role focuses on creating visually appealing social media postings and other design assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and other visual content as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
