Required Candidate Profile: Minimum of 3 + years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the CAD/CAE?PLM software industry. Experience in B2B Sales Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Clear understanding of the CAD/CAE market and its key players. Self Motivated Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
