Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Advisor (US Shift) located in Ahmedabad (Ashram Road).
The Career Advisor will be responsible for guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process, understanding their career aspirations, and aligning them with suitable job opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Connecting with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences
Screening profiles and recommending suitable roles
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Maintaining regular follow-ups and engagement with candidates
Building strong relationships to ensure a smooth hiring journey
Supporting candidates until successful placement
The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively guide and influence candidates.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Career Advisory, or Client/Candidate Handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand candidate needs and align them with opportunities
Target-oriented mindset with focus on outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Comfortable working in US Shift (Night Shift)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
