Job Description About the Company:
Alfajr Almassi Limited is an international organization with strong roots in Saudi Arabia, operating in technology solutions, business consulting, and modern enterprise development. As part of our expansion in India (Kochi, Hyderabad & Tamil Nadu), we are seeking a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to support senior management and assist in daily operations, coordination, and sales-related activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, professional, and interested in long-term career growth alongside executive leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Personal Assistance
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders for management.
- Handle emails, calls, messages, and official correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and personal executive matters.
- Organize files, documents, reports, and records efficiently.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and basic reports when required.
Sales & Business Support
- Assist management in client coordination and sales follow-ups.
- Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Track follow-ups and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth activities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good time management and multitasking ability.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Willingness to learn sales coordination and business operations.
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
