Key Responsibilities
Sales
* Handle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales.
*Prepare quotations and negotiate within company guidelines.
*Follow up with pending quotations and leads.
*Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
Store Operations
* Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
* Display products according to company standards.
* Maintain discipline among showroom staff.
Customer Service
* Resolve customer complaints promptly.
* Ensure timely delivery coordination.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Team Management
* Monitor stock availability.
* Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches.
* Conduct periodic stock verification.
* Ensure proper documentation of sales orders and deliveries.
Reporting
* Submit Daily Sales Report.
* Weekly Lead Status Report.
* Monthly Performance Report.
* Outstanding payment follow-up report.

Experience : min 2 years in retail sales.
Experience in furniture, home interiors, consumer durables, or building materials is preferred.
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, email).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
