We have recent job opening for the position of “Plant In-charge “for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product is Ready mix concrete.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily plant operations including batching, loading, dispatch coordination, and production scheduling.
· Ensure quality production of ready mix concrete as per approved mix designs, customer specifications, and industry standards.
· Monitor raw material stocks such as cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, diesel, and water to avoid production delays.
· Coordinate plant maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and keep equipment in proper working condition.
· Manage plant staff and operators, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring discipline.
· Maintain production records including batching reports, delivery logs, material consumption, and daily output.
· Coordinate with quality control, sales, dispatch, and site teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
· Inspect plant equipment such as batching systems, screw conveyors, mixers, silos, Transit mixtures , concrete pump and control panels for proper functioning.
· Reduce wastage and control operational costs through efficient use of materials, fuel, and manpower.
· Handle customer or site complaints related to supply, quality, or delivery in coordination with relevant departments.
Required qualification
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
· Good knowledge of concrete batching processes, raw materials, mix designs, and production planning.

Salary- Rs 9 to 12 lacks
