Role Overview
As a Telecaller at MINDSPEAR Education, you will serve as the voice of our mission—building meaningful connections with schools and educators, introducing our academic programs, and driving enrollments through professional and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to schools, academic coordinators, and educators to introduce MINDSPEAR’s Olympiad programs
- Share brochures and relevant program information with prospective partners
- Clearly and confidently explain program benefits, structure, and outcomes
- Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Build and nurture relationships with school representatives to support long-term collaboration
- Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and conversion
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with educators and school authorities
- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or education outreach is preferred
