AIDC Manager (Flexible Location)
Qualification: Engineering ( Electrical Engineer )
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AIDC solution implementation projects across customer sites.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand AIDC solutions in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, retail, and other industries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable barcode, RFID, mobile computing, and labeling solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, Engineering, and Technical Support teams for successful project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end customer engagement from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, solution documents, and project reports.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and awareness sessions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AIDC technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
