- Position: Non IT Recruiter
- Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

- Language Requirement: Mandatory fluency in Hindi (Speak & Understand) along with English.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in end-to-end recruitment
Pan-India Sourcing & Regional Communication
- Regional Hiring: Source and screen candidates for outstation roles across North, West, and East India (e.g., Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore).
- Language Gateway: Conduct initial telephonic screenings and cultural fitment rounds primarily in Hindi for regional sales, warehouse, and service engineer roles.
- Source profiles across job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Target niche roles including Technical Service Engineers, Logistics Executives, B2B & B2C Sales Managers, and Warehouse staff.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and assess cultural fitment.
Coordination & Support Process
- Partner with department heads to draft crisp job descriptions.
- Schedule multiple rounds of technical and management interviews.
- Manage compensation structures, offer rollouts, and document verification.
- Ensure smooth candidate engagement from offer acceptance to day-one onboarding.
Data Maintenance & Reporting
- Maintain updated candidate records and internal recruitment trackers.
- Provide salary benchmarks and talent pool availability reports to management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
