The role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and managing service vendors across multiple categories to meet project and location-specific requirements. It ensures vendor readiness, cost alignment with company standards, and smooth demand–supply coordination while continuously expanding the vendor network across regions.
Profile –
Procurement & Supply Chain Intern Internship Duration – 6 Months | Location – Baner, Pune
(In-Office Role) Responsibilities Research and identify suitable vendors through online platforms as per project, location and services needs (Services such as Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Fabrication, Civil Work etc.)
Build vendor relationships and communicate customer requirements and partnership benefits.
Assess vendor capability and readiness for assignments with internal coordination.
Negotiate and convince vendors to work within Inspacco’s standard rates.
Streamline vendor onboarding and ensure smooth demand–supply alignment.
Maintain daily reports on sourcing progress and performance Expand Inspacco’s vendor network across new categories and regions.
Who should apply? Pursuing/Completed graduation in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Production or MBA in Supply Chain/Operations/Procurement/Marketing Members of EDC / Startup / Placement / Innovation Clubs are highly preferred. Fluency in South Indian languages (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada) are also preferred.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision-making.
