Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to manage and expand business in the packaging and utility segment (bottles, plastics, caps, boxes, etc.). The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with key partners like Piramal, AGL, and others. The candidate should have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint sales partners/distributors for the AB–HP division.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities for bottles, plastic cap, UV, and box parties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with companies like Piramal, AGL, Manipal Utility, Santin Pragati, etc.
- Meet with key stakeholders (WP, DP, SP, SA) to discuss requirements, finalize deals, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Achieve sales targets by generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with BIS standards and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, logistics, accounts, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, plastics, or FMCG-related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with BIS standards and packaging industry regulations.
- Age group: 30–40 years preferred.
