Position: Tele Counsellor
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the Counselling and Admission team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic student queries.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills: Tele-calling, student counselling, lead follow-up, target-oriented approach, and customer handling.
Pay: ₹10,163.78 - ₹14,605.99 per month
