Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand reach.
Order Generation
Conduct regular calls with dealers, distributors, and retailers to generate orders.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to successfully convert them into business.
Account Management
Manage and nurture strong relationships with assigned accounts.
Monitor account performance and share timely updates with management.
Relationship Building
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct periodic check-ins and follow-ups to ensure sustained partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in publishing, education, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
