Job Overview
· As the Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take charge of overseeing the Pan-India marketing operations for our bath fittings range. Your role will involve developing innovative strategies, implementing them effectively, and analyzing their impact to ensure sustained growth. You will lead efforts to position VMS Bathware as a preferred brand in the competitive bathfitting/ sanitaryware industry while leveraging digital platforms for maximum outreach.
· Key Responsibilities
· 1) Strategic Planning:
· Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
· Identify market trends and opportunities to expand brand presence.
· 2) Implementation:
· Execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development) for seamless execution, ATL, BTL, Videos shoot.
· 3) Market Research & Analysis:
· Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
· Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
· 4) Team Leadership:
· Manage and mentor the marketing team to drive creativity and productivity.
· Coordinate with media organizations and advertising agencies for impactful campaign.
· 5)Digital Marketing Expertise:
· Optimize SEO strategies and manage social media channels.
· Utilize analytics tools to enhance online visibility and engagement.
· Requirements
· To be successful in this role, you should possess:
· A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management will be a plus.
· At least 5+ years of experience in marketing roles. (Preferably the same product line or field)
· Strong understanding of market dynamics.
· Proven proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO optimization, and social media management.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
· Analytical skills to forecast trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
