We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong creativity, technical skills, and design expertise to craft compelling visual concepts that connect with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Create graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity.
- Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.
- Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Apply typography, design principles, and colour schemes to enhance the impact of marketing materials..
- Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity.
- Execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.
- Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
- Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate modern, innovative styles into projects.
Qualifications and skills
- Min. a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia Design..
- Demonstrated expertise with a convincning portfolio of high-quality designs.
- Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with team.
- Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals.
- Efficiently in managing multiple projects and meet all deadlines.
- Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
