Hiring: IT Trainer & Program Facilitator
We’re looking for someone who can engage, influence, and train students—not just deliver lectures.
This role combines program pitching + technical training, working closely with IT, BCA, and MCA students to make them industry-ready.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and campus sessions to introduce the program
- Explain the value, outcomes, and career impact to students
- Deliver hands-on training in:
- Web Development using PHP & ASP.NET
- Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Backend development & frameworks
- Databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Mentor students on live projects, interviews, and job readiness
- Track progress and ensure students are skilled, confident, and employable
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in Web Development (PHP & ASP.NET)
- Good understanding of frontend + backend integration
- Ability to simplify concepts and keep students engaged
- Confidence in public speaking and handling groups
- Someone who can influence decisions, not just share information
- Ownership mindset—focused on results, not just sessions delivered
Who Can Apply
- 1–4 years of experience in training, teaching, or web development roles
- Freshers with strong technical skills + excellent communication
