Job Overview: Chief Accountant / Accounts Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior accountant.
- Interested in taking a lead role in a CA firm (practicing in accounting, GST, income tax, auditing, and management consultancy).
- Take on more responsibility for performing accounting tasks, such as supervising junior staff, preparing financial statements, and helping with other accounting activities.
- Meet regularly with Client’s and other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Handle inquiries from client’s and address their needs.
- Exposure to income tax audit query solution and GST, TDS reconciliation.
- Software Expert-level Tally Prime, Miracle, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and GST/Income Tax portals.
- Filed work (Monthly Approx 10 days).
Education: M.Com, MBA Finance, or CA-Inter (Experience often valued over degrees).

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during filing season.
