About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead our creative team and drive the visual direction of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in branding, digital advertising, social media, and campaign design, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual experiences. This role requires exceptional leadership, creative thinking, and hands-on design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands and platforms.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative campaign ideas for social media, paid advertising, websites, email marketing, and branding initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Video Editors, and other creative professionals.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Brand Strategy, Client Servicing, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and business goals.
- Review, provide feedback, and approve designs before final delivery.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, visual concepts, and campaign presentations for internal and client pitches.
- Maintain consistency across all digital and offline creative assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered design tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Participate in client presentations and effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in branding, typography, composition, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Experience creating high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and website creative design.
- Experience with motion graphics and video-first creative concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with marketing objectives and business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 6–9 years in Graphic Design, Creative Design, or Visual Communication, with proven experience leading creative teams.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Creative Agency is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, digital campaigns, performance marketing creatives, social media campaigns, websites, and advertising concepts.
- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education, FMCG, or Consumer brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
