Designation: Security Supervisor
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Sayli, Silvassa
Duty: 12 Hours Shift
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and security activities.
- Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain gate pass, visitor, and vehicle records.
- Conduct regular patrols and CCTV monitoring.
- Ensure safety and security of company premises and assets.
- Report and handle security incidents or emergencies.
- Coordinate with management and security staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 3–5 years of security experience, preferably in an industrial/company setup.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ex-servicemen preferred.
- Salary: As per experience and company norms.
- Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
