Position: Steward/ Guest Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare restaurant, banquet, and dining areas before service.
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, pantry, and service stations.
- Assist kitchen and restaurant staff during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware with care.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Class 10 or above.
- Prior experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or café is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
