Role Description The Drone Trainer / Faculty Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves planning and delivering classroom and field training sessions on drone operation, safety, regulations, and industry applications. The trainer will design engaging lesson plans, prepare training materials, and demonstrate practical flying techniques and mission planning. Day-to-day tasks include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M. Tech in Aerospace, ECE, EEE, Mechanical candidates only
- Ability to integrate drone with Pixhawk microcontroller or candidates who have done projects in microcontroller-based embedded control systems are preferred
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching, Training, and Education skills to deliver effective learning experiences and support diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills to design, refine, and update course content and training materials.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for instruction, learner support, and coordination with team members.
- Ability to conduct outdoor training sessions, manage groups safely, and troubleshoot basic technical issues with drones and related equipment.
- Comfort with using training software, simulators, and digital tools for lesson delivery and learner assessment.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
