Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical circuits.
- Monitor and maintain AHUs, compressors, pumps, generators, and utility equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines and electrical installations.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and restore equipment to operational condition promptly.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.
- Identify and report potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the work area.
- Perform temperature maintenance of incubators if any deviation occurs.
- Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Execute electrical maintenance activities, wiring, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain the DM (Demineralized) water system to ensure uninterrupted supply and required water quality.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
