The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and room allocations
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records in the system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
- Handle billing, payments, and invoicing accurately
- Upsell rooms, upgrades, and hotel services
- Ensure lobby and front desk area are clean and presentable
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
