Junior Associate: A law graduate with a minimum of six months to one year of experience preferably in a law firm. Must be enrolled with the state bar council, have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and possess a Certificate of Practice (COP). Must be proficient in English and the local language, possessing good communication and research skills, along with a flair for fieldwork. Must be proficient in MS Office. Exposure to banking & finance is preferred. (Salary Bracket: Rs 25,000-35,000 per Month).
JOB Description:
1. Visit empanelled banks/branches for sourcing assignments, legal vetting, and preparation of legal audit reports.
2. Preparation of the legal opinion and due diligence report.
3. Visit local and outstation sub registrar offices.
4. Visit the subject property as required.
5. Visit district courts, tribunals, or the high court as suggested.
6. Maintain records of the completed assignments.
7. Feedback to seniors.
8. Research court orders, online revenue records, ROC and MCA.
9. Prepare the MIS report and submit it to seniors monthly.
10. Keep records of key accounts and maintain good relations with them.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
