What You'll Do
- Visit diagnostic centers and clinics across Hyderabad.
- Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clinic owners.
- Explain how HealthFlow improves efficiency and business growth.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals.
- Coordinate successful onboarding of new customers.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare software is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Fluent in Telugu (English is a plus).
- Own a two-wheeler (preferred).
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month+ recurring commission
Recurring Commission
Earn recurring commissions for up to 12 months on every active, paying client you bring to HealthFlow.
- 20% recurring commission on the first 10 clients closed in a calendar month.
- 50% recurring commission on every client closed beyond the first 10 in the same month.
Example
Assuming an average subscription of ₹3,000/month:
- Close 10 clients → Earn ₹6,000/month in recurring commissions.
- Close 12 clients → Earn ₹9,000/month in recurring commissions.
- Close 15 clients → Earn ₹13,500/month in recurring commissions.
- Close 20 clients → Earn ₹21,000/month in recurring commissions.
Build Your Income
If you consistently close 12 new clients every month, your earnings grow as your client portfolio grows.

Month 1 :₹19,000
Month 3: ₹37,000
Month 6 :₹64,000
Month 9 :₹91,000
Month 12 : ₹1,18,000
