Senior Procurement Engineer;
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Vendor Development: Find and qualify local or CNC machining vendors, and secondary-process subcontractors (heat treatment, plating).
- Technical Review: Read complex engineering drawings, material specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) data to define supplier requirements.
- Cost Optimization: Conduct should-cost modeling, value engineering (VA/VE), and data-driven price negotiations for machined components.
- Quality & Operations Alignment: Partner with quality and manufacturing teams on supplier audits, PPAP/APQP processes, First Article Inspections (FAI), and corrective actions.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
