Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Software Tester specializing in ERP Software to join our technical team at our office in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and seamless performance of our core ERP modules and system integrations.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in functional testing, a deep understanding of complex enterprise workflows, and a proven track record of identifying edge-case bugs in complex business logic before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End ERP Testing: Execute comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and system testing across various core ERP modules.
- Test Documentation: Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports based on technical requirements and business logic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely on-site with development teams and product engineers to reproduce bugs, verify fixes, and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Data Integrity Verification: Validate complex data mappings, transactional records, and backend system logic to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Workflow Mapping: Replicate real-world business and client operations to structure exhaustive user-flow testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ERP Experience (Strictly Required): Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically testing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrated business workflows, database logic, and data migration structures.
- Bug Tracking & Tools: Proficiency with standard bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Mantis) and QA testing methodologies.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail to catch system bottlenecks.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to translate technical glitches into actionable bug logs for developers.
Pay: ₹9,628.95 - ₹35,000.00 per month
