Job Description: Online and Offline Sales Manager

The company works closely with leading brands to manage end-to-end services, including product listing and catalog management, stock planning, accounts reconciliation, and sales return management for a transformational platform as an API integration for employer brands and consumer technology service companies.
Role and Responsibilities
Online Marketplace Management
- Drive sales performance and business growth for high-profile brands on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, TataCliq, and others.
- Manage the end-to-end Seller Panel operations, including product listing optimization, cataloging, and account health monitoring.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart vendor policies to ensure full compliance and high seller ratings.
- Coordinate smooth and timely order fulfillment and manage inventory records to maintain optimal stock levels across digital warehouses.
- Analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and profit margins to improve digital strategy.
Offline Sales & Channel Development
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the brand’s physical footprint through retail partnerships, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Manage offline sales operations, including coordinating with regional sales teams to ensure product availability and premium shelf placement.
- Identify and secure B2B opportunities, institutional sales, and bulk corporate orders.
- Monitor physical market trends, competitor pricing in retail stores, and regional consumer demand.
- Liaise between the company and offline vendors to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met accurately and on time
Omnichannel Strategy & Business Growth
- Act as a bridge between online and offline departments to ensure pricing parity and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development of new service/solution offerings to improve overall business efficiency.
- Analyze integrated data sets to provide continuous improvement recommendations for the brand’s total business growth.
- Keep a close eye on industry trends, technological changes, and competitor actions that might affect performance in both digital and physical markets.
Skills & Competencies Required
- An eye for detail in managing complex listings and large-scale inventory.
- Strong content creation skills with a "way with words" for product descriptions and marketing materials.
- Adept at networking, outreach, and relationship management with both digital platform managers and physical retail partners.
- Expertise in MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant expertise in e-commerce platform management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for offline market visits and vendor meetings as required.
- Compensation: Fixed plus variable

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
