Job Overview
Skyclick Media is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth for our IT services such as website development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.)
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in IT sales or business development
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Understanding of international client handling
- Familiarity with proposal writing
