Job Location: Head Office – Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain Management and Procurement activities for solar EPC projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and timely material delivery.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, Delivery Challans, GRNs, and other procurement documents.
- Follow up with vendors for material availability, dispatch schedules, delivery status, and pending supplies.
- Coordinate with Project, Warehouse, Finance, and Site teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Handle procurement requirements for multiple solar projects simultaneously.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement, vendor details, quotations, and material movement.
- Support vendor identification, evaluation, comparison, and development of new suppliers.
- Prepare MIS reports, procurement trackers, pending order reports, and material status reports.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out as per company policies, project requirements, and timelines.
- Handle ERP/SAP-based procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material-related transactions.
- Assist in cost comparison and price negotiation with vendors to achieve competitive pricing.
- Monitor pending materials and coordinate with concerned teams to avoid project delays.
Required Skills
- Strong Vendor Coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Ability to manage procurement activities for multiple projects.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP Procurement Processes.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Knowledge of Solar EPC materials and procurement processes will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
