Duty Hours: 12 Hours (08:00 AM to 08:00 PM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet Driver to manage vehicle parking operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining parking records, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting smooth parking operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers courteously and provide professional valet parking services.
· Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
· Conduct basic vehicle inspections and record any existing damages.
· Maintain accurate vehicle movement logs and parking records.
· Operate efficiently in stack parking and puzzle parking environments.
· Ensure safe driving practices within parking premises at all times.
· Report vehicle damage, incidents, or operational concerns to the Supervisor immediately.
· Maintain proper uniform, grooming standards, and professional conduct.
· Assist in managing parking flow and optimizing parking space utilization.
· Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of relevant driving or valet experience.
· Valid Driving License.
· Experience handling stack parking and puzzle parking systems.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of traffic rules and safe driving practices.
· Professional appearance and behavior.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
