Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute national Key Project Management (KPM) strategy for approximately 30 key luxury developers across India.

Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders to identify strategic accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.

Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, and building finishes by influencing specifications at the design stage.

Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and value engineering discussions with stakeholders to support project conversion.

Manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution through effective cross-functional coordination with regional and zonal teams.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities within the residential and commercial construction sectors.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

MBA in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
Experience
-
15–18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.

Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.

Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.

Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
