Technical Lead
Position Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Client MemberHub platform, serving as the primary technical owner for member eligibility management, provider integration, payer connectivity, data ingestion, member profile mastering, survivorship processing, and operational web portal capabilities.
The Technical Lead will define the solution architecture, guide engineering teams, review designs and code, establish implementation standards, and ensure successful integration of MemberHub with external payer systems, Waystar, Azure services, and downstream enterprise data platforms.
Key Responsibilities-
Solution Architecture to own end-to-end Memberhub architecture, define logical and physical design solutions

Data Integration Architecture to oversee integrations with Payer portals, Waystar, Provider systems

Data Processing and MDM to define Data Ingestion Framework, data validation, member profile creation

Application Architecture to lead design of Memberhub web portal, eligibility workspace, API architecture

Delivery Leadership to mentor engineers, developers, participate in sprint planning, support production rediness

Lead technical design and implementation activities.

Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.

Establish development standards and best practices.

Collaborate with architects to implement target solutions.

Manage technical debt and modernization activities.

Resolve complex production and integration issues.

Support sprint planning and technical estimation.

Drive automation and engineering excellence.

Lead day-to-day technical execution across development workstreams while ensuring alignment with approved solution architecture.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore development teams, providing technical guidance and removing implementation blockers.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services supporting the Member Hub platform.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, secure development practices, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to support integrated solution delivery.
- Participate in technical design sessions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and production release activities.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

8+ years of software development experience, 5+ years of solution architecture experience, Experience delivering Azure Solutions

Strong experience in system design and application architecture.

Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Preferred Experience-
Strong Microsoft Azure Architecture experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure SQL Database, Azure KeyVault, Fabric understanding including Azure cloud services, or enterprise cloud modernization initiatives.
- Strong Integration Architecture experience with REST APIs, SFTP, File Processing, EDI Integrations, Healthcare System integartions, 837 Claims Files, 834 Eligibility files, Provider files

Strong background in Application development. Preferred C# , .NET. Experience must include Web APIs, Microservices, Enterprise Integration

Database and Data Processing experience through Azure SQL, SQL Server, Data Modeling, Stored Procedures, Views, Query Optimization

Must be familiar with Staging layer, survivorship logics, golden profile layer

Experience with alteast one modern UI framework. React and TypeScript preferred

Experience leading Agile software development teams.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Healthcare, payer, provider, or member engagement platform experience preferred.
