Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Career Solutions Sales Manager to drive business growth through candidate onboarding, subscription sales, employer onboarding, franchise expansion, and course sales.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Subscription Sales
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Promote and sell career solution subscriptions and services
- Educate candidates about AI-powered career tools and job assistance features
Employer & Marketplace Onboarding
- Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide marketplace
- Build partnerships with companies for job postings and hiring requirements
- Ensure active engagement and marketplace growth
Franchise Development
- Identify potential franchise partners and generate business opportunities
- Manage franchise acquisition and relationship building
- Support franchise expansion strategies across different regions
Course & Upskilling Sales
- Promote professional courses and career development programs
- Help candidates choose suitable learning programs for career growth
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, and digital outreach
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-up and conversion strategies
Key Requirements
- 2–8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, HRTech, or Recruitment Industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales preferred
- Franchise or marketplace sales experience is an added advantage
