We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Store Managers to lead our retail stores across Kerala.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene as per company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and safety guidelines.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Drive store productivity through customer engagement and upselling.
- Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Increase customer conversion, average bill value, and repeat business.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Beauty Advisors.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performance culture.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure every customer receives personalized beauty consultations.
- Build long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
Inventory & Compliance
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Minimize stock loss through effective control measures.
- Coordinate with warehouse and regional teams for timely replenishment.
- Ensure billing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Team Leader.
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
