Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
