Roles and Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to comprehend design requirements and project
- objectives.
- • Generate visually captivating designs for various marketing and communication
- materials, such as creative posters, banners and social media graphics.
- • Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts adhering to the organization's brand
- guidelines.
- • Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools)
- to create and modify designs.
- • Ensure visual consistency, aesthetic appeal, and alignment with the organization's
- branding across all designs.
- • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, delivering high-quality work within
- specified deadlines.
- • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet their specific
- requirements and objectives.
- • Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual impact of design
- projects.
- • Assist in maintaining the organization's visual identity and brand integrity throughout all
- design materials.
Qualifications and Experience:
- • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in any
- industry.
- • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, video
- editing tools, and AI technology.
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work.
- • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- • Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
- • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills.
- • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
