Lincify Media Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads through performance marketing strategies
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Work with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy
Requirements
- Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Ability to optimize campaigns for performance and scaling
- Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of landing page optimization
- Agency experience is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
