WONDRx is a Mumbai-based HealthTech startup transforming healthcare through digital innovation. Our Smart Rx Kit digitizes handwritten prescriptions without changing doctors' existing workflow, connecting Doctors, Clinics, Labs, Pharmacies, and Patients into one integrated ecosystem.
We are rapidly expanding and are looking for energetic professionals who can drive doctor acquisition and ensure successful product adoption.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional Medical Representative role. As a Sales & Support Manager, you will act as a Business Growth Partner for doctors by acquiring new customers and ensuring they actively use the WONDRx platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesDoctor Acquisition & Sales
- Visit clinics and hospitals daily to generate leads and acquire doctors.
- Demonstrate and pitch the WONDRx solution to doctors and clinic staff.
- Drive concept selling and explain the benefits of digital transformation.
- Close subscriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Customer Success & Support
- Train doctors and clinic staff after onboarding.
- Ensure regular product usage and resolve adoption challenges.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
- Conduct follow-up visits to improve engagement and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Map territories and identify key doctors and influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Share field insights with internal teams.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
✔ 3–6 years of field sales experience with doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
✔ Must have an active network of 50+ doctors in Mumbai.
✔ Experience selling concepts, devices, services, SaaS, diagnostics, pathology tie-ups, insurance, or healthcare solutions.
✔ Willingness to manage both sales and post-sales support.
✔ Proven track record of achieving targets for complex or difficult-to-sell products.
Note: Candidates with experience only in Pharma product promotion (pills/syrups) without concept selling experience may not be suitable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,685.88 - ₹58,156.78 per month
