KSM Jewellers, established in 1958, is a trusted name in the jewellery industry. As we expand into our new premium showroom, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales, productivity, and showroom performance.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Coordinate with inventory, accounts, and management teams.
- Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations professionally.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate showroom staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or premium retail management.
- Proven experience leading retail sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and improve store performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/POS software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a jewellery showroom with 20+ employees.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Experience with jewellery ERP software is an advantage.
