Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HRMS Support Trainee to join our team. The candidate will get an opportunity to learn and work with HRMS software, payroll systems, and client support activities.
The role involves managing employee data, assisting clients, providing software support, troubleshooting basic issues, and learning HRMS processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Add and update employee details in the HRMS system.
- Prepare, clean, and manage employee data using MS Excel.
- Learn HRMS modules, payroll processes, and software workflows.
- Provide user guidance and training support to clients.
- Handle basic client queries related to software usage.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of application, login, and data-related issues.
- Support software testing and provide feedback on features and improvements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Basic computer and IT knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good learning ability and attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills.
- Interest in software applications and technology.
Qualification
BCA / BSc Computer Science / Diploma IT / Any degree with good computer knowledge.

₹10,000 per month (Training Period)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
