Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall salon operations and floor activities efficiently.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the salon team to maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer relations, appointments, and client satisfaction professionally.
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor staff performance, inventory, and daily reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in salon / retail floor management.
- Preference for candidates from retail chains, jewellery, luxury fashion, hospitality & premium customer - service industries.
- Fluency in Hindi, English & Malayalam.
- Strong leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Age below 35 years.
