The Role
We're looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Gen Z Social Media Intern who understands social media beyond just posting content.
You'll work directly with the Founder to create engaging content, build our online presence, and help establish RGM as a globally recognized marketing brand.
This isn't your typical internship where you're given boring tasks.
If you're willing to put in the effort, learn quickly, and go the extra mile, this internship has the potential to become a full-time international opportunity.
Your Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.
- Stay updated with viral trends, memes, sounds, and content formats.
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Work directly with the Founder during content shoots whenever required.
- Edit videos with captions, transitions and engaging hooks.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Engage with our community by replying to comments, messages, and discussions.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- Help build a recognizable international brand through creative storytelling.
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content.
- A young, enthusiastic and creative individual with a strong understanding of social media culture.
- Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva or similar editing software.
- Excellent written English.
- Self-motivated and proactive you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Someone who wants to build a career rather than simply complete an internship.
- Hungry to learn, improve and take ownership.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday

- Work From Home (Remote)
- Occasional in-person shoots with the Founder whenever content production requires.
