Job Purpose:
We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for the PA to the Director with excellent knowledge.

- Qualification: Any Post Graduate

Job Profile:
- Manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
- Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of Director’s contacts.
- Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
- Organise meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority. Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
- Answer phones in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner, direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently, accurately recording messages and reliably passing messages to recipient in a timely manner.
- Organizing, attending and participating in team meetings.
- Handles and maintains confidential matters appropriately and with complete discretion.
- Create a management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Draft letters to vendors, customers, and creditors, etc.
- Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration
- Handles and maintains confidential matters appropriately and with complete discretion
- Effectively manages, coordinates, routes & tracks communications (email, telephone, mail)
- Organizing, attending, and participating in Team meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Coordinating with all departments on behalf of Management
- Timely execution of work allotted by Management
Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem Solving or analytical skills
- Should be Accurate and responsible

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
